West London based Dairy Foodservice company Foodspeed ltd have recently purchased a Solomon conversion in a LWB Mercedes Sprinter. One key element of the specification was a customised rear shelving system to carry the random type items that need separating and transporting safely.

Manufactured in lightweight aluminium, with a front mesh to keep the items in situ whilst under braking, the design makes full use of the high roof sprinter in this fridge van. Shelving systems are becoming increasingly popular in insulated panel can conversions to help maximise the available loading space. Fixed or folding systems are available and can be customised to the customer's exact requirements.
